Description

In the rapid fruit growth stages, especially in the final stages, the internal pressure exerted by the pulp cells reaches very high levels and any stresses such as those caused by rainwater absorption can cause the fruit to split. KALIDOS LG is able to reduce this. The amino acids contained in KALIDOS LG intervene in the secondary metabolism of plants, which has the important role of producing substances constituting the structural part of the plant (cell wall, lignin…). Trimethylated amino acids, on the other hand, stimulate the synthesis of chlorophyll, which is responsible for photosynthesis, plant growth with formation of plant biomass (elongation of shoots and formation of flower bunches) and sugar processing. The remaining organic part, which has a distinct osmoprotective function, is naturally accumulated by the plant in response to environmental stresses such as drought and salinity. It induces the maintenance of cell turgor by preventing excessive water loss and cell “collapse,” especially at delicate stages such as ripening.
