Alga Mix B Mg is a product that originates from the mixture of algae, of the species Ascophyllum nodosum and Laminaria digitata, which with the addition of magnesium and boron becomes an excellent
growth activator, particularly suitable for promoting fruit set, quality and quantity of crop production. The mixture of particular families of selected algae is characterized by a high endowment in growth substances (gibberellins, cytokinins, betaines), in alginates (for better nutrient delivery within the leaf), in vitamins and oligosaccharides (to increase resistance to environmental and physiological stresses) and in microelements. Of note in the formulation is the presence of magnesium and boron, which improve photosynthesis and enable the regular completion of the fertilization process by stimulating pollen tube elongation.
Molybdenum, present in the formulation, is an essential component of nitrogenase, an enzyme that enables the reduction of nitrogen from nitric to nitrous. Most importantly, however, it is the special process of non-destructive micronization and hyper-concentration of the algal content that ensure prompt nutrient delivery and assimilation and high efficacy of the components.
